I highly recommend The Zone and their trainers. I’ve been with them for many years. They are knowledge, accessible, kind and interesting people too! My workouts are different every time, never get boring, and work the full range that I need. When I have a specific issue, we always address it within the context of overall health, strength and mobility. I started with them in my mid 50’s. At 61 I feel stronger, more balanced and no longer have any chronic pains. I am more able to pursue activities such as golf, biking and lots of walking pain free than when I started with The Zone.

I’ve been training with Miller for over 8 years now and due to his dynamic training approach — it’s the only way I’ve been able to stick with it. The studio is top notch (and kept spotless!) and has all of the latest equipment plus 2 bathrooms and 1 shower, so it’s very convenient to workout and be on your way. Plus all your progress is tracked in an app attached to a wearable so you’re able to adjust your performance in real time to make sure your workouts are efficient and effective. I usually have it all to myself so it feels very personal and we’re able to leverage the space and the equipment to ensure I am getting the best possible workout. Miller is such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise and fitness and how it ties to nutrition and I’ve learned so from him about how my body actually works. It’s definitely a luxury experience in a really approachable enviornment — which is by design. Exercise should be enjoyable, and Miller and the team make sure that you’re having fun while accomplishing your goals. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I highly recommend getting an assessment with the team and checking them out!

I absolutely LOVE The Zone! This has easily become my favorite gym. I’ve tried many gyms, Crossfit, Barrys, Pilates and others but this one has my heart. Aside from the super killer workouts, each and every coach is a pleasure to be around. I enjoy the way they push you to add more weight and keep a close watch on your form. In terms of ambiance, that’s my favorite part about this place. Bright windows and music that you can turn up to help keep the beast-mode mood. I feel that it is well worth the price especially if your serious about your health and fitness and your looking for a place to grow with and challenge you! You come to this gym because they create legends out of you and push you to new limits, so for me it is justified!

State of the art gym close to lots of subway lines. A really nice space to work out in – lots of natural light. Clean and modern facilities- everything you need to want to get to the space. From there, the trainers are all great. Really personable and not intimidating. Highly focused on your goals and mixing things up to reach them. The body analysis is key for me – detailed body breakdown and one tool that I find keeps me honest! Love this place and truly recommend anyone come in and try it out.
